problem with okcoin futures

Hi guys, i've a problem, i take a 0.5 btc 10x long position on 0306 futures yesterday on okcoin.com and i decide to exit this morning but the problem is that right now i can't move the btc that i gain but i can only take a new position on 0306 futures with them. I have not open position and open orders.
Where am i wrong?

You have to wait until the end of the week before you can withdraw profits from futures.

You should just contact their customer service via QQ/skype. They've got a great service.
