There seems to be more than one type of cards and not polish.

3v are sold in Netherlands and Ireland.

And they don't seem overpriced. Where do you get better prices?

The problem is that seller offers no escrow and already has one bad review.

Don't buy anything from this seller! He is moderating his website and he is removing bad reviews from it.
Took my 30 euros and I got a used /fake vcc info. No news from him since and of course no refund or new card info.
