Can we sell bitcoins? What rate do you apply? Is there any any legal document you require for selling btc?

Yes you can sell bitcoins is not problem.
Rate in ATM is kraken -4%.
No documents required for it.
In Espai Bitcoin (Girona) we open 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00

It looks like you have to take a picture, is this absolutely mandatory? Where is this picture stored and what is the ATM doing with it?

En mi experiencia con los cajeros de BTCPoint, no he tenido que sacarme ninguna foto ni acreditar mi identidad de ningún modo. De lo contrario, mi experiencia sería cero .
