I've send a support request to the video stream provider. It could have multiple reasons. If bandwidth on both side is slow or network routing not optimal you can switch the feed to LO (low) resolution. It should then improve your experience.

I personally had once 15 reds in a row and also busted out! I read about it and it's actually quite common for singe zero roulette.
