TeraExchange made waves in the Bitcoin community late last year when it became the first Bitcoin derivatives platform to get regulatory approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Now, the company is sure to make even more waves upon announcing its merger with MGT Capital Investments, an investment firm focusing on online and mobile gaming technology.
