its hard to find a legit seller that accepts paypal payment and you asking for extra 10% then the amount you will be paying
you should pay the fees to seller but here you are asking for fee
good luck fining someone who accepts paypal at your rates

LOL you can't be serious. I don't think I have ever seen a situation where someone was willing to receive PayPal and pay a premium for PayPal funds, especially not a 10% premium.

The fact that you don't have any trading history will likely mean that you are not going to find anyone to accept your paypal funds period.
