Pointless advertising / Keep minor announcements in the main thread."

Just to let you know we spent months progressing torwards putting Huntercoin onto mobile devices...

I wouldn't say it was a pointless advertising / minor announcement lol...

I'd like this post put back .. or remove every other thread in this section. Smiley

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You should have posted the update in the main hunter coin thread. Creating a second thread to announce  an additional feature on an altcoin is pointless. You should either update the OP of the original post in your [ann] thread or post a reply in that thread.

The only real reason why you would want to create a new thread was if you were creating a new altcoin

The thread was separated because - not only was it a major update, but because it contained information regarding the Progress/Creation of the Mobile Client which is a separate entity than the opensource project. Pretty massive news.. not "minor update and advertisment of altcoin" - as was the reason for removal..

It was also requesting testers for the 5 platforms it has been compiled for. Of which many man hours have gone into..

-

what gets me is, how could that thread be removed (with this initial post  >> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=435170.msg10625130#msg10625130 [i consider massive news], yet all i see is spam, fud and altcoin pumping scammers...

I'm not sure why it was removed tbh - 90% of posts you see are from the spammers that altcoin devs (or whatever they are) pay to post.. when you create an altcoin you get a message like this:

this is where all the fud and spam ads come from.. I think huntercoin is the only legit posting not spamming coin, and, i believe this is the only huntercoin thread i have created since release (not including the huntercoin release thread, in 1 year?)...

edit: anyway -no point going on about it - won't help Smiley
