i use tranding systems...
and so,
what is the best broker/exchange where i can trade with bitcoin,
and use a good platform where i can program a trading systems???
and, more important, where i can do a backtest with my strategy???

There are also non-Bitcoin platforms which have some interface to Bitcoin exchanges, but not easy to use with BTC as these two above.

They are both excellent, chose on your programming language preference. Don't buy algorithms others are advertising until you are perfectly capable of writing your own. You'll be wasting money and not learn anything, because back-testing is not the same as real-time trading. Don't put your assets in all-in style, there's plenty of time to earn once you know what you are doing. In general - go slow and invest more with experience, there are no shortcuts.
