Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I can do this, I am from the UK but living in Thailand and have access to many cheap runners I can rely on.

I have never done this before, but I have worked in similar lines (successfully ran my own shop betting runner/group/syndicate in the UK)

Sorry but i don't understand what do you really want Smiley Do you want a person who can pick up a money deposit of 1.000 $, for example and send to you 50% from the money deposit via BitCoin ? This is what you want ?
