I doubt there is actually any winning slot strategy . Slot is one thing which is a pure gamble.

i think slot is the gambling game with the highest house edge even if you set it for the minimum, id say it requires luck, what i mean is a real luck especially with that 30-40x rollover

The only strategy is to have a large bankroll and make small bets, as long you don't get greedy & stop playing while you are in profit (it's best to set some target before playing) you have a chance to make some money.
As for 30x rollover I have no idea 
I think the only way to win with such conditions is to get really lucky.
