If you break it down you will take notice that it is actually a very rewarding system, compared to others.

Probably because that your referalls are mostly betting from faucet, or that your account is still level 1 which net you a 2 % of comission. It isnt much but if you are able to attract lot of people or atleast a gambling whale, it could be worth something in the long term since the referall will always stick in affiliation with you

We have kinda flexible business hours, but in general we are around from 8am - 8pm BST (7am - 7pm GMT) from Monday until Saturday. Sunday's hours are a bit reduced.

The purpose of locking screen could perhaps thats you dont want other people to know that you are gambling currently as I believe it is NSFW for some people or atleast someone wish to play the XO game since you are bored

What do you mean with active betting? do you mean the total bets? you can actually see this if you are using the full interface, but if you are using the lite interface this wont be visible in your screen

Will gaining new achievement affect on the faucet or anything ?

Yes the new achievements/level will affect on two things. First is your faucet and the second on e is your referall commision. There are total of 50 levels for the achievement and you can see this in the levels page on your left side of screen if you are playing
