its very easy to set up a onion domain. Look into their documents. You don't even buy a domain name it will generate a address for you.

The two options would be (1) install tor on the same web server where the files are hosted or (2) set up another server exclusively to redirect the content of the web server to users accessing through the .onion address. (1) would be easy I think but you'd need to have access to the web server.
