Ok. Before i start my "accusations" i would like to let you know that I DID read the scam accusations for fairproof.com that don't pay winners. But then i saw this promotion from cointelegraph that fairproof was sponsoring one of their giveways and is advertising their site. http://cointelegraph.com/giveaway

So that make me change my mind since cointelegraph is a trusted site. So ok, i went to the site and i saw their no-deposit promotion. So i took it.

After a few bets i've lost. So i deposited 0.015 to play more and this time i took their  100% deposit bonus with 36x wager.
https://blockchain.info/tx/c54ef957b17ab5d984e56fccf003ecd8685db163d2cc8076fc3fd9e6637382cb

So i played and actually won. I've reach 0.2 BTC and also have completed my 36x wager.

I tried to cashout, to be surprised, it won't let me. Im getting "invalid data" error. So i googled and search.

I have read in some posts that i need minimum of 0.3btc to cashout if i have claimed the no-deposit bonus even tho i have lost it.

So instead of playing more to reach 0.3 i just deposited another 0.1 BTC just to reach the threshold of 0.3.
https://blockchain.info/tx/3c8c8f2cae35fbfd22e5ba267b1dcb1f120c6238e4ffeac0cd0e26acfb85eb96

So i tried to cashout, and i still get same error.

So i played a few more, and able to reach 0.352206 BTC to be exact. and i still can't cashout.

So i contacted their support. not once, but multiple times and did not get any response.

I also contacted fairproof user here and pmed him, with no reply either even tho he logged in already.

I also emailed cointelegraph.com and all i got was an automated reply.

It's been a few days since and nothing. I just want my deposits back or better yet all of winnings paid to me.

Maybe you could try and contact cointelegraph to see whether or not they have anything to say on the matter. If they're a fraudulent company then cointelegraph should not be promoting them regardless of they're paying for it or not.

Can you try to withdraw "0.352 BTC" and/or "0.350 BTC"
Maybe site's withdraw option works for some certain amounts of btc.

Look at the title of his thread "DO NOT DEPOSIT AT FAIRPROOF.COM". I think he is owning up to the scamming now.

Yeah i just read that awhile ago.. But this Scam accusation was made about 2weeks ago. Before he even make a "do not deposit" thread.

As he said on the post above, He will send me my coins back..So he will send me back the total of 0.115 BTC i deposited. But not the winnings i get which is a total of 0.352206 BTC (including deposit&winnings).
But then again, thats fine. all i wanted it to get my winnings(preferred) or my deposits back, and i'll be on my way and never look back.

Incase he returns to read this thread, i made a vanity address specially for your refund, you can send my btc back to:1FPRfyNC89jZhkKA5Ke3mFYawP42Ag8t2D

You shouldn't deposit money unless you at least have a look around the site IMO,
The bottom © 2013-2015 fairproof.com
so they did not even update that for 2 years
googling it : http://lmgtfy.com/?q=fairproof
The second result is a scam accusation

you can not do much now, just email them and hope they reply...

it's unfortunate that cointelegraph is promoting this scam site,we have a reason to believe that they paid a feee to get a write up now I doubt those online publishers are really writing a well research subject another one is bananafunds which has a lot of good write ups and end up as a scam site.

THANKS for all your replies
I found some thing very intersting about this scam site
the site itself has played instead of me and lost all my balance
all my bets are about 1000 satoshies
but the site has played all my balance several time to finally lose them
i will attach photos you will see that the purpose of bets are just to lose all money
my own bet are distinct as the bet very very low amount and my location is  PRT
and the bets by the site is also distinct as they are very very very big like 1 bitcoin and location is CYP
