I cannot work out whether you are trying to be legit or just trying to scam a few dollars  If it is the latter as said above do not waste your time because you only get one months 37 usd.

If someone with a trusted past tries wins and reviews you may get some custom but nobody wants to lose even that fairly small amount of money.

Or that the picks will be of any use. You need to be able to prove that you're good and reliable and that you're winning yourself first, especially if you claim this:
"You must relize for this. We can't make a lot of money quickly from betting."

few has done this and from what i see , just a few give an attention to that and none really following the pick, because of the risk to lose too,  but few got a pretty got record already, so it will basically take some time for him to prove what his tips worth
