BTC prices are up.

i checked igot.com about buy / sell.

Indian Money buy / sell difference is: Rs 800 ($13)

USD buy / sell difference is: Rs 308 ($5)

Almost 200+ % prices differences in same exchange

I'm Ashamed that i suggested poor exchange to my friends.

It's not matter about amount.,

i sold few of BTC while 1 BTC = $289 (INR 18000)

Now it showing 1 BTC = $300 (INR 17600)

WTF with this calculation !

$11 price increased / BTC but INR prices are lowered.

Actually they are not an exchange. They are OTC like coinbase, unocoin or buysellbitcoin ( at the moment suspended trading). OTC buy or sell from their own stock and they are the other party in each trade. So fol volatility they will have to take the risk of price movements.That is the only reason they set their own price. Think them like they are running a bit more professional and automated localbitcoin profile. I used to run such operation so I can understand their issues.

Ok, now i can understand why these people increased the price while BTC up. this is not fair exchange business then. they cheated their beloved customers while BTC increased for their profit's / risks.

The price difference killing me & others too(many people like me).

Bitcoin can be volatile but not these exchanges to do the same.

still i'm having around 5 BTC and move to next exchange / platform.

They want to make maximum profit from bitcoins and hence the difference. They should have a reasonable difference of Rs. 100 or Rs. 200 but directly Rs. 1000 is just too much. Even other recognized exchangers have a 10% fee.

While i bought BTC price difference is just Rs 300, after few weeks i tried to sell those BTC's, price difference went to Rs 1000, even BTC increased around $10 (so they forced me to sell in loss)

I have make withdrawal amount of INR 31550 and INR 93300, These both amount withdrawal was not yet confirmed, Please check it and when it will arrive to my account?

This above withdrawal was requested 20 days ago.

I have contacted support team, they were respond after 15 days of my support request, and then they said, "i will investigate and get back to you".

still now i didnt get my payment.  I dont know what to do, i was searched their numbers, I cant find any number to contact them

Had a bad dealing with igot myself. Even after submitting proof as to who I was (Driver Licence, birth certificate and whatever else I could find) would not release my btc. They wanted me to get my drivers licence and birth certificate notarized.

Got my btc in the end but would not recommend them to my enemy let alone a friend.

They deliberately don't give you an easier way to contact them. They don't WANT you to contact them. The only way to ask support is to submit a ticket.

I have requested withdrawal at July 3rd 2015,  They processed 16th July,  But not recieved that day.  After continuous followup, they have been transferred my money today morning.  I dont know how they doing support.  But finally i got my money,  Thanks anyway.

If you want you can trade in locals also with the help of escrow service in this bitcointalk site, their are so many escrow users who trade happily and their wont be any scam and u dont have problem of selling in online exchange
