I have been dragging my feet on repayments and I apologize to all those with vested interest, I'm not making a whole hell of alot of income at the moment. Any income I have been making has been used to keep me alive. But I'm slowly squirreling away what I can.

Due to my inability to control gambling impulses I have trusted escrow on the forums BayAreaCoins to hold funds for the repayment of KLYEMAX.

Funds will be held in addresses possesed by BAC until he decides to distribute them. At which point all investors with confirmed dividend addresses will be paid. I want to do this properly and I just got a new computer.

Once my wallets sync I'll sign and give bb a few addresses.

I got to speak with him a little more, but I understand the basics.

I just want to get the coins > Pay the coins > update the logs and wait for the next batch until KYLE clears this off!

I don't think it is fair to make them wait for lump sums at this point in the defaut.

I still think investors might actually come out of this profitably, so if you where in BTC long term it just kinda is what it is and it will come back sooner than later hopefully.

No timelines at the moment.  Basically the approach is to step in, council bb, kick ass and hopefully get these investors paid PLUS profits.

The spreadsheet is clear where people want their BTC payments.  Payments will be made as agreed to those addresses... if someone doesn't have control of their address.. Contact me I guess but you might be fucked.  Trying to keep this as simple as possible.

Or, just a recap as to whom the .3 btc just went to and by what % the payments were made, perhaps a tx id or plural to prove the payout? thx

Kyle is still making payments to his own investors on his own.  I just offer support to him by giving him some wallets that will 100% for sure go to investors without being a degenerate.  

The plan is to make payments to addresses listed in his excel sheet.  Once I make the payment it will be posted here and KYLE can update accordingly.  I plan on paying ppl I like back first (like YOLO and others.)  

Kyle still holds his own funds even too for the most part.  Just the other day he was playing in Just-dice, but hell I can't really knock him... I just encourage him to use the deposit addresses I've provided.

I don't have any txtids from his ".3BTC pay back", but I imagine if he didn't do it the #1 investor would come forth and say that he is getting fucked over.  

Don't base your getting paid back on my trust because end of the line is that it comes down to KYLE paying his debt.
