Notify posts from specific users or with set keywords

I'd like to see the option to get notifications either as a PM by a bot or by email when:

- Mentioned by another user (this ha already been asked)
- Post by a starred user (and the corresponding option to star users)
- Post with a specific keyword. For example people may be interested in posts with "WTS <something I need to buy>".

I think 'Real Notification' feature will be added to the New Forum Software. I read it somewhere. Did you check the DOC in the pinned post in this child-board?

Yes I did. I didn't find anything about this. Only "Email notifications of new posts/topics in topics/sections." but not exactly the same.
Maybe I just didn't find it?
