i see that traffic will come from ptc. how much daily average you can give? isnt 1btc too much for it? do you think we can pay atleast 60 dollars ourselves to ptc site maybe we can save more?

even the op does not told about the source of that traffic, is that auto or manual?
if that is auto traffic that can be buy more cheap under $1 per day.

The only way to solve this -

1)Escrow the funds, if the buyer isn't happy you're going to have to return the money.
2)Offer a vouch sale to a member that very reputable, see what they have to say.

This isn't a solution. This is more than likely going to get people banned permanently from their ad networks, as he's still not sharing information on where traffic comes from and therefore all we can do is assume it's from autosurfs/manual surfs/ptcs/bots.

You need to give far more details.

Do you think anyone can DDos to give traffic ? Its from ptc and this traffic has no impact over search engines

Beware AdSense and other ad providers forbid traffic from PTC. They may ban the account.

So if this is useless for ad income and has no effect on search engines what would it be for?
