myself i can pretty much generate as many get request i want for my website, but aside big numbers in my stats, that won't bring anything to me.

Beware AdSense and other ad providers forbid traffic from PTC. They may ban the account.

So if this is useless for ad income and has no effect on search engines what would it be for?

The only way to solve this -

1)Escrow the funds, if the buyer isn't happy you're going to have to return the money.
2)Offer a vouch sale to a member that very reputable, see what they have to say.
