 There are different gambling types. A poker website might require only one shot cost (of course some maintainence goes well too) whereas a dice website needs a big bankroll.

 Do you own or ever owned a bitcoin gambling website , if so , how much did it cost you? What were the cost as you remember?

I've never owned a website although I've carefully considered it in the past but just not been able to bankroll it.

The fact is there is a massive, massive market out there for gambling with cryptocurrencies, not just bitcoin but also dogecoin, darkcoin, etc etc. If you have unique ideas then you can break into this market well, and there are ideas out there that include PvP gambling which wouldn't really require a site to be bankrolled other than for development & promotional purposes.

Obviously if the max bet is 100 btc you would need thousands of btc to be safe but lets say you have 20 BTC right now.  pvp ones do seem easy but I am sure their intial break-in points are very expensive as well. A good bitcoin website is very hard to come by. If you ask today anyone about a bitcoin poker website , everyone will tell you swc , however there are many of them. So there is a problem of being crappy too. You need a good pvp website which costs a lot. However there are even free dice websites ( backdoored to get your bankroll empty too )

.5% of your bankroll indeed is a good starting point. You could also go for the typical option of crowdfunding and taking investments, however this requires a certain level of trust and obviously added security since you wouldn't be responsible purely for your own funds only.

i dont agree that investing requires trust. i mean a lot of players invest in hyips so i dont think they would hesitate about depositing in gambling site

Not related to cost. But pvp has another problem depending on the type of game. A lot of people want pvp chess for example. But it's very easy to use bots to cheat on that type of game. Other games like poker are getting there too.

@elephantas1 but people know hyips will scam soon if they don't get out. Most expect this to be a long term investment.

For a freelancer who knows what they're doing, to code a website with a game and with secure deposit/withdraw options and backend monitoring etc etc you're looking at needing a budget in excess of $10,000.

Depending on your intentions and where you'd like to see your business going you'd need about 5 000 - 10 000 btc to go big. This wil include serious advertising, your VPSs(or dedicated servers) your bankroll, maintenance, developers' fees etc. You could start something small with about 200btc as well. Just down scale everything.

It doesnt cost anything if you know how to make a game like that but you would definitely need to make a max profit according to your btc amount as i said before, the hosting and domain is not a problem they are cheap

I've corrected that for you.

It also depends on the games you implement.

 It was a quite simple mistake , -I- as a newbie didn't know that asking loans even as low as 0.001 and even when it said no collateral needed , can not ask for loans. So I talked with quickseller and he warned me about it . Now I deleted the loan request and we are dealing out with couple of minor details and the negative trust would be gone.

 If every person who gets a loan would ask what he did wrong just plainly accept his mistake and move on , we could have much less negative trusts in this game. I didn't know , now I know , hence I won't do it again , hence one less person to ask for a loan without collateral , hence the negative trust works as intended. I think everything went much better then expected. He is not a genious maybe that could be going too far but he is definetly a nice guy showing me what I did wrong and helping a newbie out on the right path.

Nothing fancy , nothing great , Just as cheap as possible without getting hacked and losing all the bank , thats all I want , having a bitcoin related gambling website for as cheap amount as possible without getting hacked and robbed off my bank , how can I do that and where can I find something like that?
