As the title says, I'm just wondering what signature campaign would be best for me to join bearing in mind my level. I would like the best paying one available to me, preferably with weekly payout, although not absolutely necessary. Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, higher rank will get higher payment as their signature allows link and some colour to make it look attractive, for reference of the payment

So in the next 2 weeks you should be a member and can then join good campaigns.  Just look around at which ones most people join, they don't flock to the worst ones.

You are the one who don't understand how activity works. lol. Please understand the formula correctly.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, post)

Since he posted 9 two week periods. He should have no problem getting a full member once he have 120 posts.
