Interstellar Imaging Radar

I've been reading about the exciting possibility of building an interstellar imaging radar transmitter for imaging the surfaces of all the extra solar planets found recently. I'm wondering if Bitcoin could help fund this mega-project?

It would be simply be a matter of cutting some asteroids into blocks and building a sphere as a base for a 3 gigawatt transmitter dish.

Why not the asteroid, Ceres? Then we could find out what all those shiny spots on it might be. Of course, it might be too big. But, if we could put rockets on it that would control its rotation...
