why do you not pay the referral payments then if you are not a scammer

I think he is ironing out a bug or two..  I received 1 out of three ref bonuses so far. These were from deposits made about 10 hours ago, so it's coming but slowly.

i made 4 deposits using my son's link on the first day and never got a single payment . this is just like several other site's and they all ran on day 4 four i fully expect the same with this guy , why does he not answer ?
