You have to provide some information, what website is it? mineralab.com?? Provide some proof too that you indeed sent them your money, how much time has passed since you sent the money?

If you paid via your bank, get your bank to reverse the payment.  You may have to go through heaps of paperwork.  Unfortunately they may also tell you to go take a hike, and you'll have to settle it with the recipient.

I know this doesn't help you, but minerslab.com was the subject of threads existing well before your payment on the 13th of February, 2015; e.g. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=883534.0
