you can not change/edit your ip address and domain name onces its set , you should mention this as well

This things i cannot say because i just sell this . I never used it so i cannot say something that i just don't know . alimosavi can tell ( if he have time ) what's good or bad with this licence |

I ask it from whmcs supporter ,
You can not change the domain name but for Ip it will be ok :
"As long as the IP address is within the HostGator network and on their hosting servers, this would not be an issue. One thing that will need to occur is that we reissue the license when you do so. "

if your server is not with hostgator you can not change your ip as well as ofcource when you change server your ip got changed |

This things i cannot say because i just sell this . I never used it so i cannot say something that i just don't know . alimosavi can tell ( if he have time ) what's good or bad with this licence this is web host license there is huge diffence between webhost license and leased license , you can not also buy branding remover add on with this license , but its cheap it can be more cheap , best of luck |
