DisclaimerI don't work for Leupay in anyway. I don't get anything from them by writing this here. "Nothing" I just think that this service is good and can be useful for the Bitcoin community https://www.leupay.eu/Their old domain is https://www.ipay.eu, they have change it few weeks ago. (they are probably still migrating accounts) They are these also: https://www.icard.com / https://www.icard.bgYou can open and verify the account for free. They will be even sent you a debitcard (mc) for free. You can even deposit with credit/debit cards. (max 5 cards currently) You will have a sepa iban for every currency that you will enable on your account. The IBAN is assigned at "your name", so you can use to receive and send to exchanges that need verificationHere are the "actual" fees with a verified account: I can just say that it works well, but I haven't used it for large amount of money, so be careful as always Maybe, it will be interesting if an exchange will integrate their iPay system ...

I'm not sure about the question. You must be registered and logged to deposit "on your account" with credit/debit cards. You can't deposit to other user directly with credit/debit cards. If you want to send money to other people through leupay (they also must be registered), you have to deposit money on your account before, and then send money to them after.

I live in South Korea, and it looks like I can create account there. (If I cannot join, they wouldn't allow me to fill the forms)
I stopped the process when I was requested to put "ID number", though. So not sure if they reject for not being EU citizen.

They support all these currencies (they will give a different iban for all of them) https://www.leupay.eu/isl/en/exchangeratesYou can even exchange them internally. If you make a business account, the leupay debit card will have the name of your company (or else)

I linked their new domain, because they've moved from ipay.eu few weeks ago. (they are probably still migrating accounts) They are these: https://www.icard.com / https://www.icard.bgSo it's better if you search ipay and icard if you want to read/find more feedback about them Also, I've already spoken with their customer support by phone, they called me at the number that I used on registration. Maybe you should add your phone number on the contact request, and say that you would like to have a direct phone call.

This can be usefull to accept Paysafecard as Bitcoin reseller. Paysafecard voucher -> My Paysafecard account -> PSC Mastercard (fee 4%) -> Laupay (fee 1%) -> SEPA to exchange (fee 3€) It's cheaper than Skrill (5.5%, 0.5% of difference) and you can sent to exchanges.
With Ukash vouchers is even cheaper (less fees)

I already opened a free account with ING Luxembourg (not sure if this offer is still active).
So this seems to be fairly common in that little rich country.
There are other banks offering online accounts for non-residents with minimal ID and trouble?

I already opened a free account with ING Luxembourg (not sure if this offer is still active).
It seems not To benefit from the free advantages associated with the ING Orange Account, you simply have to perform the following each calendar quarter: - make a minimum monthly payment of €1,000 on your ING Orange Account (or €3,000/quarter), or - keep a minimum balance of €2,000 on your ING Orange Savings account. https://www.ing.lu/web/ucmintercons/groups/public/documents/web_content_files/tarif_pb_en.pdf

I don't work for them, and I'm not sure that I have understood correctly what you are asking.

- It can be useful for people that want a full bank account easly outside his own country - For people that live abroud europe - The corporate account can be even opened from companies outside europe and more ... - You can ask many cards with different names, both private and corporate account. - It gives a different IBAN for every currency, and you can exchange them internally.
Anyway, it kind of free to test, without risking much money.

Ive been working with Leupay and they are ok, they have other product that is more interesting for me called myPOS, its a TPV with an anonymous Masterdcard linked. The cool thing is that you have acces to the money instanly after process a transaction. PLUS they have something called virtualmyPOS where you can request payments online. Thats the website www.mypos.eu
