Agreed, the only things that differ us from the big whale is that they used a lot of btc to win, us, the small players often scared to use too much coins, therefore we always play safe and sometimes lose

Well being scared you are hesistant to bet big and lose the opportunity to win big money. But obviously, you can lose as well.

Try doing what the image tells you to. Try contacting the support, they should be able to help you out on it. I have never had problems on the site before.

I don't think it's a scam, the site has been around for quite some time and they paid out much more than your 0.01. Wait a bit and try again, if it doesn't work you can always contact them.
