While moving between wallets generate multiple outputs. While sending to a merchant send to output multiple times per input. Optional of course.

I try to use many addresses but when I move between wallets they're all lumped up and I lose all privacy. Of course manually would take ages.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Switch to the "expert" user level.  Then there is a coin control button on the send page, where you can manually choose which inputs to use.

I do but that still requires multiple transactions or they're lumped into 1, it takes forever to send multiple ones manually
