hello

want to buy BTC via PP with fixed rate 1BTC = 240$

interested in amounts 30$ and lower

running pp 3 years +  and with no problems

all funds are from affiliate sources ( no personal payments , no cc uploads , no bank acc uploads )

pp is linked with payoneer also , so if necessary these funds are also available for trade

Fixed rate?  I'd suggest you change that, the current bitcoin price is much higher.  Also, what happens if bitcoin rises to $1000? Drops to $150?

Won't be of any help to the seller should you decide to chargeback in the future.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Nevermind that, he's wanting to buy with PayPal. Op, you're very unlikely to get anyone to sell you coins for PP because of the high chance of changebacks irrelevant of the other details you provide. Many people provide reassurances but end up scamming so people usually aren't prepared to take the risk.

OP, you're going to get a lot of PMs from brand-new accounts willing to accept your PayPal, and here's how it will play out:

1. You get PM'd with an offer (it will never be a public reply to your thread).
2. They'll offer to gladly take your PayPal, but you have to send first. They'll use the excuse that you can always charge back a PayPal transaction.
3. They will never accept escrow.
4. Once you send PayPal, that's the last you'll hear of them.
5. You'll make a thread in the Scam Accusations section telling about how you just got scammed.

I've given up in telling newbies that now.  I thought that they would have understood at least that by now. :-/

The posts you reported are not off topic and are very relevant. In fact, reporting them makes me suspicious of you. If you want to buy bitcoins withdraw the money from your PayPal to your bank then you can buy via a bank transfer or other such transfer mediums but nobody is going to sell you coins for PayPal. End yap.

Are you from the EMS forum? If so then this member is a honest person  Smiley

I have BTC but am exchanging it via Perfect Money/OKPay. Let me know if you are interested in 1:1 exchange.
