Hi everyone. I have for sale on behalf of a friend 10 ASICMiner Tube miners (performing at 800 GH). For every 2 Tube miners you buy you get 1 free Block Erupter EV-1 controller. Each controller can operate 6 Tubes.
Asking price is $140 CAD (or equivalent in USD) either in fiat (CAD or USD) or BTC payment. Local pickup available in Toronto or Montreal.

~0.75BTC seems a bit high for a 1.1W/GH machine that sold new for 1BTC six months ago. Just throwing this out there, but a pair of S3 (getting 880GH at 700W, not 830GH at 900W) bundled with a PSU would ship for about the same. I like the Tubes, but that's a 100-day breakeven with flat diff and zero power cost.

I am confused.
I never heard of this miner, so is it
12 miners producing 800Gh/s in total for $250
or
1 miner each producing 800Gh/s so total 9.6Th/s for $250 ?
This is either a very very good deal or a very very bad deal.

The ASICMiner Tube runs 96 BE200 chips at 270MHz stock, outputting 827GH at approximately 900W of wall power. He's got twelve of them at $250 each, so about 9.6TH for $3k

Thanks for leaving him negative feedback. Report him to the moderators while you're at it too (report the PM he sent you) and I'm sure they will ban him. |
