There is a transaction to from Sideboob addy to OgNasty at the date of the agreement, however it is slightly more (2.60663956 BTC)

Sideboob, I suggest you contact OgNasty to sort out this issues, if you have not already done so.

It is the escrows responsibility to sort these type of issues out.

This is very poor from bitmarkets end. I would suggest leaving neutral trust warning others when buying or trading with him.
