okay here goes my story

my computer crashed and after re-starting I found no persistent drive present,so i had to create new persistent and then suprisingly my electrum folder is present in the persistent drive

now i restore my wallet with seed but no btc present, strange, any idea on what I could do to get btc back

Note: electrum version 1.8

Use the latest stable wallet 2.0 to do the restore. Also tell us whether you see familiar addresses on the addresses tab?

I had entered the wrong seed hence it was not showing up, works like a charm now  Grin
