Ok i have well not hi - end(x64,4 gb RAM, Intel Core2 Quad CPU 2.40*2, video card is Nvidia 8800 gts.) computer and only it.
Max speed of mining is 11 Mh/s, using UFASOFT CPU Miner (4 thread cpu is on, gpu is on)
I spend well near 80 hours of non stop minig in proportion mode and all what i get is 0.1 Bitcoin

Pretty sure that that GPU supports CUDA and Maybe even OpenCL, download something like poclbm and use that to mine.

If you look at the following table:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

The 8800GTS  is only around 17 Mh/s, so you're not a really long way off the mark. At first I used a GTX285 I already had and got lower results than that table shows, but decided to buy an ATI card instead because relative to the power used it wasn't worth  it, so I never really tried to optimise it.

It might be worth stopping the CPU mining, apart from power on my system using just the GPU is faster than CPU + GPU, presumably it ties up other resources or throttles due to temperature.

Well with poclbm gui with extra flags set to "-w 64 no vectors" i boost speed up to 17-18 Mhash/s thanks
Now i'm use only my gpu, right? cpu is not used?
How i can use my cpu now at max?

P.S. is there some possible damage to cpu/gpu due to const 100% load? i need check my cooling systems right?

How many you mine in well 8 hours of non-stop mining?

How many time it cost to mine 1 BTC? is it worth it?

I have 1200 MH/s and I get about 3 to 4 bitcoins a day at the current difficulty, but this will go down again shortly. You will probably be paying more for your electricity than you generate in bitcoins at 17 MH/s.

I'm also mining with NVidia cards, as it's all I have at the moment, and this will give you an idea.... I'm running two 9800 GT's, which each give ~35Mh/s, so I average around 68Mh/s total.  Currently I'm getting about 0.33BTC every 24 hours, or 1 BTC every 3 days.

Of course, I'm doing this purely for fun, so the fact that I can play around and still make $50-$70/mo isn't a bad deal!

you can also run ufasoft's miner at the same time as poclbm-gui.  i used to do that with similar hardware to your's until i upgraded my videocard (to a 6870)

running those combined would net you about 1 bitcoin per 8 days, though that will drop to 1 bitcoin per 2 weeks after the next difficulty jump in about 28 hours.

as for temperatures, speedfan should give you useful data on your temperatures.  an 8800GTS runs fairly hot, but should not be higher than 90C.  your CPU shouldn't be above about 50C.

Just buy some ATI/AMD videocard, Radeon 5770 mining speed via OpenCl is about 200 MH/s, Radeon 5850 speed is 250-300 MH/s, take a look here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

Run rpc-cuda.exe , set it to above average priority in task manager.

Run bitcoin-miner.exe, set it to lowest priority in task manager.

Legacy signature from 2011:
All rates with Phoenix 1.50 / PhatK
5850 - 400 MH/s  |  5850 - 355 MH/s | 5830 - 310 MH/s  |  GTX570 - 115 MH/s | 5770 - 210 MH/s | 5770 - 200 MH/s

That fails if you really want to mine, use a GPU miner.
