I'm trying to gain a reputation for trading e-currency and vouchers on this forum and a few others. I want to go first with verified members,
No one here is "verified"
but I will end up losing money instead of making it like I plan to.
Why? If you can only trade without making profit you would essentially buying trust, which will get you the oposite of what you want.
I aim to offer all the same services as most other verified traders; despite this, no one trusts me yet to make my first set of transactions unless I go first, yet verified traders will only stick to their own profitable rates so I don't end up making a profit from my endeavors.
Why would anyone trust you? You are new here or maybe you are not, but the account is new. Newbie are usually considered untrustworthy until proven otherwise. Its to easy too create a new account.
Is there a way to speed up the verification process while still making a viable profit?
You talk about verification and I think our understanding of the word is different. Verification would be to send someone your ID. Or you do someting else to make us believe you own it. You could e.g. sign a message with a private key for a bitcoin address to verify that you own it. I dont see what this has to do with your profit margin.
I have already tried to offer my feedback on another site as leniency towards confidence in my trading ability. I somehow ended up with a -6 rating already due to a misinterpretation on my first post. (

Contact Quickseller, explain the misunderstand and show that you are the 1% of honest newbies we get here. They will not remove the rating just because of your words, but because of your actions. Scammers just make a new account, sit it out, use escrow.
I understand you want to be trusted - which usually is a warning sign for a long con - yet there are no shortcuts. Unless you can bring in some reputation you have to start fresh. Keep in mind that repuation elsewhere might only be worth some trust for a few.
