ButterflyLabs - Refund after raid

I'm one of the people scammed by ButterflyLabs.

On January the 4th I got an email from them with the subject "Butterfly Labs Cloud Mining Order is Ready"
with the option to request a full refund or to renew the order for a lower price.
Of course I asked for a full refund. I wonder if anybody fell again in their new try to scam by renewing the order.

So far I haven't received the refund and recently I received another email saying that all orders below $1,000 (myself included) will
be refunded during the month of March. I know their word is worth nothing, but if it's a court order I guess there's hope.

Who is in a similar situation as I am. Who has got a full refund?

3 or 4 months ago during the raid?  I thought everything got frozen during that time.

I requested a BTC refund during raid and today my 4 monarchs are on their way.

Considering at that time I bought 1 card @ 600 Ghs and now getting 4 800's it's not terrible. And not a scam just bad luck. Kinda like mining.

It was definitely a scam before the raid. They were keeping the hardware and mining with it to keep all the profit. Once it was dated they sent it to the client.
But now that they're really sending a good equipment to you I hope it will really be worthwhile.

I just got a full refund!

They refunded the same amount in USD that I had spent but of course now that's about 3x more BTC so I could say I got a profit.

Call Helen Wong and Sonny's probation officer, especially the latter. The probation officer is in place to make sure that the public is safe from Sonny ripping off more people like the tens of millions of dollars he stole and used for his personal affairs garnered from mostly the elderly here in the US.
