Why don't you just buy a vcc and VBA to confirm? You can also get photoshop templates if you need bills and addresses asscociated ets. If you do it yourself you do not have to worry about trusting a third party.

You need to have a minimum balance. I forgot what it was. I think it's $15.

Rather get a vcc from Bancore, buy some PayPal -  from a reputable member obviously -  then connect the cards it should accept it. Don't let's others touch your finances.
