hello

want to buy BTC via PP with rate 1BTC = 260$
interested in amounts 30$ and lower

choose the middle man or let me do it for you
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108716.0
mm ensures that agreed amounts will reach to both parties
i pay mm fees

pm me

Hi,

I see an acceptable work-around in this situation.
I'm willing to trade with you but only if you accept 1 major stipulation.
You would have to send the money first to my PayPal account and I could send the bitcoin to a trusted escrow agent, then after 45 days, he will send you the Bitcoin.
45 days after the transaction, I could trust that you would not scam me!

How does that sound?

i think you are not pp user at all. getting sick about these fairy tales, never seen such cit in other forums before
you dont bother even read pp agreements and or dont understand them in full
refund via dispute is available option if at least one party is merchant
private person have to have account hacked or got fraudelent funds in acc,
only these last 2 can cause investigations and refunds in personal accounts

I am a PayPal merchant as I have a PayPal Business Account and I think I know the rules pretty well.
The only option that could possibly save me from a potential scammer is if the "buyer" doesn't dispute for 45 days!

After that, the buyer could still issue a credit card charge-back but that would affect PayPal and they would probably freeze your account immediately.

The thing is...scammers don't want their accounts affected, so they would prefer to simply create a dispute stating that the transaction was fraudulent...thus screwing the merchant.

I am NOT accusing you of anything but I also don't play games with my cash.
So unfortunately, I won't be doing business with you.

Do NOT do this. Stinks of a first class SCAM.
Lots of stories of skimmed or phished credit card information. Phished paypal account information.
Let these thieves go hungry. Wonder how they can sleep at night after stuffing their bellies with stolen food.
