Where to buy high limit debit cards?

Well the topic mostly says everything.Where can I buy high limit debit cards.When I say high I mean the ones that could of up to 10000(10K) dollars at once.The atm withdraw limit doesn't matter at all.The cards must be anonymous and I mustn't provide any kind of ID's.The cards should also be not from Poland(as far as I heard they have bad reputation).

Thanks but that is not what I really wanted.I forgot to include that in the OP but the cards should also can be funded normally.I mean with ANX the only way to charge the card is through their site.

What do you mean by normally ?  Physically ?  Are you looking for a local service provider for debit cards?

What do you mean by normally ?  Physically ?  Are you looking for a local service provider for debit cards?

I mean direct transfer of money to the card.Because as far I read you first need to deposit on site(either bitcoins or fiat) and only then transfer the money to the card.What do you mean by local?Like issued by country's bank? If so than yeah it could be that.Also do you know some good online alternatives to debit cards where I wouldn't need to provide my ID?

High limit debit cards with an ID.. ?  That's a tricky one.. I don't think that would be legal and legit..   ANX is fully licensed and regulated so the ID is needed

I haven't used the ANX, yet.  But, I know someone who does and he says it works fine for him.
