Physical Bitcoin investment office in Brazil

We are seeking loan to start our first construction projects with in Brazil. We have all project permits and land to start our first projects.

The loan amount is to start an investment and and real-estate company in Brazil. For the payback plan we would have 2 house projects to insure all payments will be in time.

 1 house is estimated to cost about 15 000dollars, so total of 30 000 dollars goes to house projects and these will be ready in 4-6months and selling prices are about 30 000Dollars*2=60 000 dollars.

We can totally make 3-4 house projects in year with this loan amount and houses are sold here usually much more before these get ready.

No loan history means I don`t need small loan only a big investment to start with this and I can provide all information investors need.

And having a physical investment office will make everything more easier and having more normal people here in Brazil to use bitcoins. There is enough of mining companies and profits are not so good but construction business in Brazil is more than good and profits are almost too easy to do at the moment because Brazilian government helps poor families with 17 000Brazilian Real with buying a house and bank lends the rest.

and yes asking 60btc also because Pbmining lost was too big for me and I need to do another business and not be bitcoinmining what is not profitable at the moment.
