Just looking for simple answers

Studying up on pools and methods, DGM

I don't even know what an interval or round is?

Apparently used in determining proportional payouts? maybe PPS too

a round on a pool is the time between finding blocks
PPS pools dont use rounds as they pay the same for every share across a difficulty period

interval? context?
