Nice first version, I'll give you that.

The text directly to the right of the coin is too dark, so it doesn't contrast well against the black background. Can you crop the text part of the logo and leave only the coin, make the coin just a bit smaller, then add the text back in (just Digitalcoin, not the tagline). The font is brie light.

Then, make the words in this same font, and maybe a little darker so it's not pure white. Also, make the text, each word, enter from the top and exit at the bottom.
