As I know he didnt scam yet to nobody, maybe he has the intentions but he didnt.

Which is why he is marked as untruthworthy.  He hasn't scammed anyone yet.

Untill I do something to prove my intentions are bad , you all need to piss off.

He's planning to however...
It says under the trust thing that leaving trust if you "have reason to believe they are going to scam" then you can leave it. So the big red marking will reduce the chance of him getting deals which he will scam on. Its just a warning, and vod allows you to appeal your negative trust in a month if he REALLY wants to stay here a while

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Lying saying that first you didn't gamble, then you said you did poker as your job, and now you are saying poker isn't gambling. Those are all lies and you are caught in quotes with them. Generally you don't want to lie as you do business with people

Just do this if you want to prove yourself, it's quite simple:

  • Lock this thread.
  • Contact an escrow willing to hold the collateral from your loans.
  • Create a new thread clearly explaining the rules and mentioning who will escrow.

If you put yourself in a situation where you cannot scam then nobody will accuse you to scam.

I highly disagree with your first statement. Poker is gambling because you gamble your money for a chance to win or lose. As for your second statement, it depends on the definition of sport because some people classify legue of legends and dota as sports while some do not.

I think what he is trying to say is the following : In poker, you can "influence" your luck. If you have some skill you have the possibilty to increase your winning chance even with "bad" hands. You also need to focus a lot and be patient unlike slot machines where you just need luck.. So poker is not "pure" gambling...

Same with blackjack with that logic. If you didn't choose to hit on that you would have won, and you use your "skill" to know the odds of hitting on a 18 or not.

Thats not a gamble though, I guess its the same thing as saying paying your ticket to a theme park is a "gamble". Paying an entrance fee is different than actively betting money. And why can't poker be compared to blackjack? Both are gambling games and both you can win or lose money.

Not really the same poker than black jack!
In Black Jack as more u play more u will lose. Its not possible to win at the end. Odds are against you.
In poker some players as more the play more they win.

I was a casino dealer and I know what im saying...
Regards!

Its like roullete,  u cannot beat casino games.
Poker is different, is a game of skills like chess, pool, darts. ...
