Yeah the idea of the faucet is great..

But there are so many users lost their balance without receiving any payments.

We all wait for Vortex to explain all about this issue.

A bit confuse, there are still some payments of other users but here some users complaining of losing balance.

Even if things were working:

If your minimum payout is 0.5mBTC and you get only 500 for each page you visit, then you cannot get a payout until you have viewed 101 pages.    Because you will be charged 0.5mBTC fee you will only get 500 satoshis after viewing 101 pages of ads.  You would end up keeping a balance of hundreds of visits before you get paid out.  Instead of so many BTC/day, it is more like something you could get on a monthly basis.
