If the price of 1 BTC = 100 000 000 000 it will be a lot more stable, so speculation would be less profitable. I doubt you will see this number in your life time though

Sure, why not.  I'll buy a whole block of 25 BTC from the grave...

Please, let's pump the brakes on all these Bitcoin to million, zillion, infinite illion threads for now.

We can't even cross $300 and stay there.   Cool

No, I'm pretty sure that ten hundred billion is what a professor would say.

I would... cause it would mean that fiat is collapsing... I'd have to get all my assets in Crypto.

If you think my efforts are worth something; I'll keep on keeping on.

Would you need to if they were worth that much? Anyone with just one coin would be a multi billionaire (but this is a stupid thread anyway).

Unlikely. It will most probably never hit ten hundred billion dollars (ten hundred? a thousand??) and if it did I would only buy if needed.

No, this thread is not stupid.

That's true, threads are not stupid by themselves. It's the people who start these threads that are stupid.

In another note, I wonder how many monopoly sets it would take to gather "ten hundred billion" dollars.

If it hits a trillion dollars, I wouldn't be buying more.
1 satoshi would be worth ten thousand dollars.
I don't have that kind of money.  Smiley

Correct me if im wrong, but not a single company stock or asset has ever ever reached 1 million dollar each, its ridiculous. Imagine the market cap required for that.

How many stocks did Apple have originally? If it is less than 800,000 then yes a companies stock has reached a million dollars each.

Those who hold and those who are without property have ever formed distinct interests in society

If BTC were to hit even a million dollars it would most likely be considered a solid form of currency. If it ever reached this price I think there would be obstacles in place to prevent the massive rises and falls in price because it would be so popular that people would not tolerate this kind of market volatility. Unfortunately if there's nothing in place to prevent the massive rises and falls in price, I don't think Bitcoin will be as popular as some people project.
