It does exist.  Xotika.TV has been online for awhile now and everything is done with bitcoin.  You deposit bitcoin, tip in mBTC, and the models withdraw their earnings in bitcoin.

for me personally accepting bitcoin is just the same of using money, I think with the bitcoin payment the girls in webcam sites is happier, because the bitcoin they accepted can be used for their things or become their investment

There are not that many girls that use Bitcoin. Because they dont even know how it works and that is pretty bad.
I hope later in the future that there will be more girls are going to use Bitcoin so Bitcoin will be more acceptable and more used.

There are many bitcoin webcam sites, I already seen signature campaigns for 2 or 3 of them not mentioning the rest which should be plenty, I think even the non-bitcoin sites should mix since bitcoin is just too good with tipping anonymously.

Then you haven't been looking.  Xotika.TV has been bitcoin only since it's launch last June.  You can even use the built in shapeshift api to convert altcoins and deposit them for you.

No they are not using it but this is also because they do not know it, the most do not even know what it is.
So its easy if we bring it to them they will use it for sure because its pretty nice and also very handy.

The proof is everywhere on the internet we can see. It’s possible and many girls are getting paid with Bitcoin on webcam sites. I guess at least this way girls are getting know about bitcoin.

Unknown girls don't use. The majority who have known about bitcoin surely use this, as it is very easy to get transferred their pay rather than getting through banking system.
