PICISI will be a crowdfunding site that accepts fiat and CC. I will issue a token that will be used to pay contractors to do work on behalf of the site one of the biggest jobs will be 'recruiter' to find admins, organizers, sponsors, donors, and campaign contractors. One of the Admin jobs is "Content Director" this might be good for OP -- The Content Director is responsible for everything seen on the site, his primary focus is to make sure the site has very many highly attractive campaigns, he should also work closely with Tech to make sure the the site is user friendly, secure, and robust.
Campaign contractors work for the campaign organizers to help them create, develop, and promote their campaign(s), the site would provide free escrow service.

We will always have a long list of assignments we want done. We will pay with tokens, the value of the tokens will vary from time to time, however it is expected to be rather stable because we plan to issue them regularly and buy them regularly. Our plan is to use funds derived from fiat fees to buy our token at the site of our exchange sponsor at prevailing rates. With the token tied to the business that should result in a rather stable coin.
