Software to automatically mine a specific coin at certain difficulty?

I mine some small coins from time to time. Just wondering if there is any software out there that can mine a specific coin/pool when the difficulty goes below a certain threshold. Currently I am doing this manually and its a handful.

Basically I want to create my own mini multi-pool switching.
