Seems that if a New member comes aboard and posts a IPO or asks for a short term loan there a scammer? Should there not be atleast a give the guy a chance LOL

well, there's lots of users that do crap here, and that sign up again and again, let their account age a bit and then scam others in this board. that's going up to some degree where you have to expect someone new being a scammer. that is also why this newb jail is here.
