No you haven't to build a new account, it seems you don't understand the purpose of a ban "you aren't allowed to create a new forum account and start again to participate to the forum. I think it will be considered ban evasion and if the admin will "catch" you , he will ban you again.

Haha this is surely a joke. You said here that you would leave this community, and now you're saying how you'll get back to this community:

or Allow us to rent our space for advertisement

No. First is ban spammers and put other restrictions in place.
Second is ban the campaigns if that doesn't work. Plenty of people manage to post constructively with a signature and not get banned but a minority push the limits with mediocre posts and it's those people that will spoil it for everyone.

some people made the signature bots this is the biggest spam of this forum

in other forum India i am moderator in that forum before banning their is warning system with specific time when percent is 100% the account will be banned automatically

This isn't the way to handle this. BadBear sometimes revokes perma bans if users stay away or behave (though this isn't guaranteed) but this sort of attitude is only going to cause you more damage and frustration especially when/if your new accounts are found out and banned yet again. bro, of course im posting to general sections also. but all my post are connected to subject. i never send any irrelevant messages. if i will to that, i use off-topic section. but if i post there i dont make spam or irrelevant messages. im very carefull about this.

i cant give my name. but staffs can find it from my ip. or they can me send a pm also about this.

They might be connected to the subject but they could still be short, sloppy or spammy. Lots of off-topic 'irrelevant' messages will get you banned even quicker. And only admins can see that ip info but why can't you share your name? If your posts are fine it shouldn't be a problem but that is your prerogative whether to disclose it or not.

I can just advise you that end the issue here itself. If the MOD thinks he did right, he won't lift up the ban whatsoever (an it is kind of unjust as well) but you would be simply taking out your frustration here and it won't do you any benefit. I guess you have earned from this forum and have had a peaceful journey for a year or so. Cherish those memories and end the fight.
