Graphic Artist Needed For PICISI Project

PICISI is a crowdfunding website that I'm currently having constructed.  When the site is completed Campaign Contractors will be able to work for campaign organizers to create, develop, and/or promote their campaign.  It's going to be a place where satisfaction and performance determine who does financially well.  In an effort to insure reasonable standards it will have a free escrow service, a comprehensive feedback system, and a reward system for contractors that do well.  

PICISI contractors will have a leg up because campaign organizers will be able to access CC funds donated to the campaign to spend with campaign contractors during the campaign.

The site is essentially an Indiegogo clone with a CC component, before the site is completed I want to give visitors an idea of what the site will look like.  You job is to create an image of what the site will look like.   When you bid please show me your portfolio, indicate your flat rate (not hourly) price in USD, BTC, or any other currency you wish to have, and tell me how long it will take you to complete the task.  The whole process will be relatively open, from bid to web page progress, to payment and feedback.  

Here is my crude design to give you a starting point.

In the spaces allocated for sponsor logos place the following:

The most importance space on the page is allocated to the campaign snapshots, make sure they are large and very attractive, use indiegogo as your reference without the slider, feel free to be very creative make the page bright and alive without rainbows, and the sponsor logos should tastefully fit in the margin.   Others logo will come until the project is complete, if you finish the project before all of the sponsor spaces are filled that's ok.


Please ask as many questions as you wish.  

At the heart of PICISI is promotion so this is not only a public appeal to find a contractor to do this job, once the contractor is found the contractor will submit
drafts here as well.  Everyone will have the opportunity to critique and praise the contractor.

There are no formal "size requirements" there should be a sense of balance and proportion, however for the items that are more important make them bigger so that they get more attention, and for the items that are less important make them smaller so that they don't compete for viewer attention.

I don't encourage anyone to make a sample, or to 'work[ing] on it' before I award them the contract.


REMEMBER
The most important parts of the site are the campaigns, so the campaign snapshots in the center of the homepage become the most important part of the home page and this assignment.   When you start this project you start with the campaign snapshot everything else is in relation, or relative, to it.

in the center of the page you will see snapshots of the various "campaigns" the site is helping to raise funds.

I realy advise to get a logo and corporate identity done first.
That way it is much more clear how the website should look. (use of colors, typeface, images etc.)

There's no proper logo yet; simply use stylized text

What you called "category image" is the campaign snapshots located in the middle of my image.  That is the very heart of the project is so many ways.  You start there because it is the most important part of the page, then you place everything else in proportion to that.   The Campaign Snapshot should be big and inviting, we should be able to see a number of them on the screen, and as we scroll down we see more, everything else on the screen is secondary or tertiary.

Indeed I like your creative style, very impressive.  

I would like to offer you a contract to do the assignment, please make sure to ask as many questions as you need to ask because I don't want to experience another resignation like I experienced with Equinoxx.

I would suggest that you start with the 'campaign snapshots' because those are the most important parts of the web page and it will allow you to put everything else in proper perspective.
